The hotel had decent-sized rooms. The fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, and bacon were outstanding. The location was absolutely perfect and nice, within walking distance of a city park.

The hotel was reasonably spacious and fairly clean. Very polite staff and they had a shuttle to the surrounding area. Appreciated the comfortable decor.

The rooms here are a good size and have a modern feel, each with two beds that can accommodate up to four people. The location is fantastic, surrounded by a variety of neighborhoods 🏘️. The breakfast spread is impressive, with plenty of fresh fruit, eggs, sausages, and bacon on offer.

Booked Mobility Accessible room with wi-fi and very comfortable bed, as example, which I really appreciated. Location: the hotel was really close to various stores and mall, restaurants, downtown attractions.

The location in the Silver Spring market was peaceful and convenient. The room was tastefully decorated, spacious, and had brand-new furnishings. The staff was responsive and provided helpful assistance throughout my stay. The Wi-Fi connection was reliable.

There was a bad smell in the bathroom like urine or something when we entered the property.

The Location was excellent ! In walking distance to stores and restaurants., and Metro. Hiliana discussed the reward program with me and 2other Black Males Sorry , didn’t get there names . One Male assisted me with extending 2 nights . The other assisted me with checking in on the same day I checked out ! Hilana checked me out Sunday and introduced me to the rewards program.

The staff was nice

No hot water in sink. The bed skirt had dirt marks. The baseboard and headboard was dusty. There was a group of guest that were very loud and noisy. When we arrived at the hotel about 3ish they were loud. They went out sometime after 12 am came back after 3:00 am and had loud talking in the hallway, cursing, slamming doors. Until someone came out of their room and asked them to be quiet. They got smart with them. My husband didn't want to cause any problems so he wouldn't let me call down to the front desk. Was scared they would say we reported them. Couldn't go back to sleep afterwards.

The hotel's location is practical, situated near an open-air area with plenty of comfortable seating, restaurants, and malls. I liked how the tastefully decorated room with 2 full beds was arranged when we arrived.

The breakfast here is fantastic with delicious sausages and bacon, and the room is lovely with a very comfortable bed and a great shower.

The gym is great. Good size and well maintained equipment.

The room wasn't ready even though we were checking in at 2.45 (they say check in is at 3) and there was some confusion at the desk that eventually got sorted. I don't like that hotels like this charge for wifi. Really??? It's really slow and still they charge.
